Inspections

We preform drive-by inspections with a detailed written report. We create a digital photographic record of your property before and after each tenant occupies the property at no extra charge.

General inspections are conducted when we take over management, when tenants occupy and vacate, when roommates move out, and at least annually thereafter.

All inspections are standard to our service and are provided at no additional cost to you.

Finally we check all furnace filters, smoke and CO2 detectors, grout and caulk, glass and screens, and all plumbing. If we spot a potential problem we take timely action to correct it. By sticking to this policy we believe we are eliminating larger and unnecessary repair costs for our owners.
